- Fixed bug concerning use of 'Night Stripe' instead of 'Night' in newer knife skins

- Addition of all cases with knives; still need to support glove cases
- Fixed bugs where vanilla knives where not being processed properly
- Fixed input errors for floats (Famas | Valence)
